Here's how it works: Restaurants add a POS item adding "1% for Healthy Soil." (Customers may opt out of the 1% if they wish.) Payments will be gathered by the California Air Resources Board and spent on implementing carbon plans on farms and ranches across California, boosting healthy soil, which not only fights climate change but also leads to better, healthier, tastier food!
