This is the official registration form for the NASC Try Synchro program.
Try synchro sessions will be held on the following dates:
Wednesday May 15th @ Walter Baker Sports Centre from 5-6pm
JUST ADDED!! Wednesday May 22nd @ Walter Baker Sports Centre from 5-6pm

Swimmers must be comfortable swimming independently in deep water.
Both the NASC registration and NASC Policy Sign off (at the end of this form) must be submitted in order to confirm your spot. Registration will close Wednesday May 8th- information with details on the session will be sent to those registered after this date!
