VOLUNTEER ROLES

Morning Set Up: Move materials from the Q Center to the Intellectual House, help with deliveries, and organize the space
(10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m)

Decorations: Help make the Intellectual House ready for all our graduates
(2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.)

Greeter: Greet and check-in guests, help guests with accessibility needs, and help with graduates support  
(5:15 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.)

Food Crew: Support caterers as needed, set up buffet station with food and utensils, position food description cards
(5:15 p.m. - 9:00 p.m)

Bartenders: Set up bar with tablecloth, cups, napkins, corkscrew, beverages, check IDs & distribute wristbands to 21+
(5:15 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.)

Post Event Clean-Up: Pack up and give away leftover food, taking care of trash, take down and pack up decorations
(8:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)
