Welcome to the registration form for IDEA debate exchnage 2023 participants. The event will take place in Bratislava, Slovakia, from August 27th (arrival day) to September 4th (departure day), with the IDEA General Assembly happening on August 28th.

The deadline for participant registration is 23:59 on July 10, 2023.

All participants have to be registered through this form in order to be eligible to take part in the event.
Each sending organization can register up to 4 participants. Organizations with more than 4 potential participants can contact Daan at daan@idebate.net.

This form consists of three parts. The first part consists covers basic personal information. The second part is mandatory for those who will give a workshop. The third part concerns travel arrangements.

Your data is stored for the purposes of organizing the IDEA Youth Forum. It is only accessible by staff of IDEA involved in event organization. Only bare minimum of necessary data is shared with third parties such as hotel and catering services. Your data is deleted after the conclusion of the Forum.
