**Pumpkin Palooza is Saturday, October 15th (11am-4pm). Vendors are expected to stay until 4pm.
**Booth fee is $25. If you are selected as a vendor, we will send you an invoice due on receipt.
**All booth spaces are 10’x10' and will be at or around the pavilion this year.
**There is very limited to access to electricity so please plan accordingly. We can not guarantee that you will have access to electricity. We do not provide any drop cords.
** Vendors should provide their own tent (MUST use stakes), tables, chairs, and change.

**There are 10 spaces that are in the covered pavilion. Vendor spots will be first-come-first serve by who fills out the form and sends payment. We will let you know when you know once you pay the deposit if you will be under the covered pavilion.
**All vendors must park in the pavilion parking lot. Warbington Farms does NOT provide golf carts or extra help with vendor set up or takedown. There are NO exceptions to this so please plan accordingly.
**“Takedowns” begin at 4pm & area must be free of litter before departing.
**All set-ups must be professional in appearance.
**Please bring and display a sign with your business or group’s name on it.
**Each vendor is responsible for his/her own cleanup; trash shall be hauled away by each vendor.
**Warbington Farms is not liable for any loss or damages to vendor materials or goods. No on-site security will be offered to vendor spots.
**The festival is family-oriented for spectators of all ages; therefore displays must be made suitable for this atmosphere. Warbington Farms has the sole right to require removal of work or materials which violates any of the festival rules. Continued violations will result in the removal from the festival and ineligibility of future events.
**Warbington Farms reserves the right to deny any application
