The goal of the Backbone Insiders program is to improve our product experience and help our customers get the most out of their Backbone One controller and the Backbone App. We want your feedback and suggestions!
Requirements for joining:
1. You will be required to play on the device for a minimum of 4 hours within the first two weeks of joining, and at least 2 hours a week for the remainder of your involvement in the program. If you do not play for the allotted time, you will be removed from the program.

You will be required to join our Discord server which serves as our primary method of communication with Backbone Insiders. This requires having a Discord account set up. We also encourage Insiders to participate in the broader Backbone community! Playing with others is a great way to test! Join the server
here. Even if you aren't accepted to be an Insider, we're happy to have you in the Backbone Community!
3. You will be required to participate in weekly surveys to provide feedback about your experience using the app and controller.
4. Sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement). Becoming a Backbone insider means you get access to features and improvements before anyone else. Some of these may be confidential. We trust that Backbone Insiders won't share anything they see or hear in private insider channels with non-insiders.
