Log Show Parade 2024 Interest Form - celebrating 50 years at the Log Show!
Submitting this is not a confirmation that you will be in the parade- it just helps us know who is intending to be there, and an opportunity for you to ask any questions or volunteer your time. Make sure you mark "going" on our Facebook invite, and then DOWNLOAD AND PRINT the application which we can email to you, or you can find at: https://buckleychamber.com/events. Bring it along with your $10 fee, or check, on the day of the event. 

The Log Show Weekend kicks off with a parade down Main Street at 10 am, with the two day Street Fair beginning a little beforehand, and the the Log Show competition starting right afterwards (roughly at noon). We will have judging on the categories: Best Log Load, Best Lowboy, Best Miscellaneous Truck, Best Youth Entry, Best Float, and Best Overall Entry.

The parade BEGINS at the corner of C & Main Street so that means all floats and vehicles must be BEHIND that starting point. We start off with the walkers and "floats" then finish with the big rigs. 

If you are a walker/float, we ask that you park in the furthest section of the parking lot of Glacier Middle School, then line up with your float along the football field, starting at the entrance at "C" and Main St. We will come to YOU to get your application, EXACT CHANGE (or check) of $10 fee, and give you your parade number. 

For RIGS, if you don't want to worry about turning around, you enter the "loop" at SR 165 and Ryan Road, then drive around and line up on Main St, beginning at "C" St (NOT before). We will then COME TO YOU with your parade number, and get your application and EXACT payment of $10 cash or check.

●  The Chamber must comply with any current state-mandated restrictions related to flu or COVID-19, so by filling this out, you agree to honor, and follow, State and County Safety and Health Guidelines respectfully. 

●  You will be kind to your fellow participants and to the volunteers! Reach out to a Chamber Volunteer with any issues ASAP, so we can work things out together FIRST. 

●  This is a FAMILY friendly event! Please be respectful in dress and theme. No inappropriate dress, signs or music. If you hand out candy, for safety reasons, please do not throw it. 

● I understand, and release, the City of Buckley, the Buckley Chamber of Commerce, the Log Show Committee, and their agents from liability for any claims or suits that arise from the use of city property for this event. I further agree to abide by the above rules set forth by the Chamber. I agree that the City of Buckley, and the Buckley Chamber of Commerce cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to any adult, child, animal, vehicle, while assembling or taking part in the Log Show Parade.
