QOP can offer a limited number of iPads to loan for students in Grade prep - 2 to use while a school closure remains in force. If you wish to apply for an iPad to use at home please complete this form. Please complete this form even if you have already done so for remote learning in term 2. You will need to complete the form for each child.

iPads loaned to families remain the property of the school. They should only be used by the student for educational purposes. Other family members should refrain from using the device unless they are assisting the child with an educational activity. The device should remain at home for the duration of the loan. Attempts to modify settings and controls on the device should not be attempted. If technical support is required the borrower agrees to contact the school through the correct channels. If the iPad is significantly damaged (i.e. a cracked screen.) a flat fee of $150 will be charged to the families school fees.
