Requirements
- An individual must be an ATDps member during the duration of the mentoring program. If your membership is set to renew during the mentoring cycle, we require you to renew before the cycle begins (you will not lose time on your membership, it adds starting from your expiration date). Note, there is no cost to participate in this program. Only membership is required.
- Commit to four months’ mentoring partnership.
- Commit to meet on a regular basis – estimated at one half-hour per week minimum (Actual time spent is based on agreement between mentor and mentee.).
- Participate in the mentoring program surveys.
- Notify the administration if there is any difficulty in goal-setting or mentoring progress.
