We started these gatherings when the center was just allowing groups in again after the pandemic; at the time the simple fact of meeting in person was filled with so much joy!  We have kept the spirit of the first time going, and we keep enriching the experience; being together, practicing, reflecting, sharing lunch and walking to the beach... 

I am so grateful when you make the time away from your busy schedules and decide on coming to Green Gulch; what is learnt during the regular weekly classes is enlarged and we touch on the fuller dimension of what yoga means& brings to us individually and collectively.
