Please also note carefully the following words from Alain our head coach: "As you know, rugby is a physical game with tackles but certain events, like the Parliamentary Rugby World Cup will be subject to certain joining rules e.g. Golden Oldies Rugby Rules (minimum 35 years young, no competing for the ball at scrums, lifting in lineouts not permitted, rolling substitutions, definitely no ‘cleaning out’ during rucks or mauls).

To participate in the training, Rugby experience is not absolutely compulsory but you are expected to be healthy, have a team sport experience, strong sense of team spirit and enjoy having fun!
