PRACTICAL DETAILS
Including rehearsal process, repertoire and membership fees
REHEARSALS

Can you make all the rehearsal times & dates (Mondays 6.45- 9.15pm, see dates here) and are you available for our performances?

N.B. Please check your calendar & schedule before submitting form.
*
Obligatoire
Are you able and willing to attend at least 1-2 informal choir rehearsals per term with your SATB section, in addition to the main practice sessions?
*
REPERTOIRE

During most terms, we learn around 2 new songs, and include around 6-8 pre-existing songs from our repertoire.

Due to time, complexity & pace, sessions are for rehearsing, so singers are expected to pre-learn material ready enough to start singing with others.

We aim to be off score for main performances, but will always work towards this.

Are you able to learn music independently, get up to speed with pre-existing repertoire, and catch up with any missed rehearsals?
*
COLLABORATION

Do you work well with others, and are you able to bring an attitude of support, collaboration and enthusiasm to the group - including the ability to give and receive constructive feedback, and prioritise focus in rehearsals?
*
MEMBERSHIP FEES

Once offered a place, your membership will be confirmed by payment of membership fee, on a first come first serve basis. Please tell us which sliding scale tier you identify with below.
