This is a private, not for profit operation meant for meticulous, competent, trustworthy pilots who want the freedom of flight our little operation can provide

Equipment:
1980 C172N, 3,400 TTSN 1,400 SMOH, VFR only.
Lycoming O320-H2AD 160hp original engine with all AD/SD including T Mod.
VOR, ILS, ADF, GarminSL40 Com, Cessna Nav/Com, Garmin GTX327 transponder, KMD150-GPS, Pulselite LED, Rosen Visors, Kannad 406 ELT with cockpit remote. New engine baffles.  Hangared since at least 2009.

Hangar:
Insulated, humidity controlled, quartz lit hangar near Abbotsford Flying Club. Engine preheater. Battery conditioner. Free parking 50 steps away. Park your vehicle in hangar if desired. Headsets, survival gear and pfd's available. Desktop working area. Limited Wi-Fi. No more wet, hot or cold walk-arounds.

Insurance:
Full hull in motion coverage. $2M Aggregate Liability. $0 deductible. Open Pilot Warranty: As approved by the Company subject to a minimum of 250 Pilot in Command including 25 hours make and model in the aircraft configuration being flown, not exceeding 70 years of age and no incidents involving accidental damage to aircraft or any violations within the past 5 years. Must be a current member of COPA.

On-Line Training
1. Orientation is conducted where practical by Zoom meetings.
2. There are several hundred dollars worth of high quality VFR on-line courses available for free with your user agreement. Great for refresher, and good training tips if you are an instructor.

FAQ:
1. We currently have 5 users. Schedule conflicts are rare.
2. Max overnights per year 6, no extra fee or min flying hours for overnights.
3. No min flight times per booking.
4. You can take advanced training on the plane with a certified instructor. No RPL or PPL training.
5. Southwest BC only, out of area on approval.
6. Maintenance is conducted by local AME/AMO. Snags are normally rectified immediately. 100 hr firewall forward inspections are conducted although not mandated. Cylinder compressions are excellent.
7. The aircraft is owned by the Company. The Company has one shareholder. Flyers are users and are not Company shareholders or directors therefore have no corporate liability.
8. Wet Engine Time = Engine Start to Engine Off including fuel and oil. Receive flying charges credit for your fuel and oil receipts.
9. Covid Disinfection. There are disinfection supplies available in the hangar. Pilots and Pax are requested to disinfect themselves and high touch surfaces as required, but not to use disinfection agents on the aircraft instrument panel.
