Digital Life Survey
Today's technology offers lots of opportunities and can be a powerful tool. It also has many risks. Both parents and school staff face the challenge of guiding students to use technology responsibly to learn, create, and participate. When families and the school community works together, we can be a powerful force for positivity!

This survey asks you to think about what your children do online and the conversations and rules you have about tech at home. We'll use the responses of this survey to inform our instruction in media literacy at Hopkins School and provide resources to parents.

This survey is anonymous, so your name—and your child's names—will not be attached to it. Feel free to answer questions honestly.

Please reach out to Matthew Cotter, Hopkins Assistant Principal (mcotter@hopkinton.k12.ma.us) if you have any questions. Thank you!
