What to wear/bring to practice:
- Comfortable gym clothes
- Athletic shoes with non-marking soles
- Water bottle
- Snack
- Jump ropes: athletes will get a rope at the start of the session to bring for each practice
(Note: returning Rec jumpers will already have a rope)
