Return all the way to the floor and repeat as many times as possible.  List the maximum number of full reps with proper form in a single set.  Modify as necessary based on your disability. *

3-Rep Trap Bar Dead Lift (for PR3 only)  ONLY perform this lift with the supervision of a coach present and the proper equipment.  List the maximum weight (lbs) you can lift for 3 reps. NOTE: If you do not have a coach or access to the proper bar, or have not performed this exercise in training, do not attempt or submit a score here.
