RICBW Membership Application
RICBW is a non-profit organization that enables African-American women to help address the diverse needs of their community through organizing programs, establishing networks, and developing leadership talent. 

Our mission is to cultivate, enrich, and empower Black women as advocates for the viability, equality, and equity of the Black community in the areas of employment, education, health, and economic development.  

Membership Eligibility: Any woman may join RICBW as long as the applicant agrees to act in accordance with and support the mission and purposes of RICBW and the applicant has been recommended by a current RICBW member in good standing.
