Honors Recital
The Honor Recital is an opportunity for those students who, in the year of the recital, achieve the requirements listed below in Federation and/or SAT.

RECITAL DATE: Saturday March 30, 2024 at 1:00 pm
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Wed, March  20, 2024
ENROLLMENT FEE:  $15.00 per entry,  payable on line: https://laptf.org/payments/ or through your Zelle account to: laptftreasury@gmail.com 

LOCATION: Steinway Gallery of Detroit West Maple Rd. at M-5

TEACHER REQUIREMENTS: 
1. Teacher must be a LAPTF member in Good Standing.
2. Teacher retains in their files completed “Media Release Consent Form” for each student.
3. A maximum of three students or three events may be entered. This includes solo/duet performances only.
4. One minute minimum performance time with eight minutes maximum per studio.  
5. Duets for one piano four-hands only.

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS: 
1. Students must have a score of “Superior” on Federation and/or 90 or better on their SAT exam. 
2. Memorization is required for solo pieces.
