All purchases will be charged to the credit card on file in the Seaside Parent Portal following submission of this form. 

Friends & Family - Please invite friends and family to come watch the show! You are welcome to share this Ticket Order Form with them. Once they order they will be sent an invoice via PayPal for payment.

Receipts - Once your credit card has been charged, you will receive a credit card receipt via email. For those purchasing one of our Ticket Packages, you will also receive a separate tax acknowledgment letter for your donation.

Will Call - In an effort to go green, the names of all attendees will be at Will Call and there are no physical tickets for these shows.
