I prefer for my student to begin the school year IN PERSON, FACE-to-FACE with teachers and peers, five days a week. I understand that safety precautions, including face masks, will be mandated. Please note that selecting this option does NOT necessarily guarantee that your student will be enrolled in face-to-face learning September 8. Enrollment depends on various factors, including classroom capacity.

I prefer my student to begin the year in TEMPORARY REMOTE [defined as virtual instruction taught by CARIO teachers]. This option is *currently* only available for up to the end of the first nine weeks.

I plan to or have already signed my child up for CCSD's Virtual Academy [defined as virtual instruction taught by certified CCSD teachers *not* Cario teachers]. I understand if I choose this option, it is a commitment for the first nine weeks at minimum. Please be reminded that registration for this option is through a link on CCSD's website and is due this Friday, August 14.
