Terms and Conditions
➤I have the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason.I reserve the right to stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate, or a breach of the listed Terms and Conditions.
➤Depending on the complexity of the piece commissioned and volume of work taken, please expect to wait anywhere between 2 weeks - 30 days for art completion. If there is a delay for any reason I will inform you of such delay.
➤I will keep contact with you at minimum once a week to send updates and preview images. It is crucial to have a response confirmation for me to continue on with the commission as I will ask for feedback along the process.
➤If the commission comes to a total +$150 I can set up a payment plan that will fit your schedule! If a payment plan is set up, you will receive the finished piece once the balance is completely paid in full.
➤You may display the finished Commission as long as my name (OwynSama) is prominently displayed wherever posted. A link back to my profiles would be appreciated as well! I will display the finished art on my profiles upon finalization unless otherwise requested.
➤No return policy. If order is canceled before sketch completion you shall receive a full refund. If order is canceled after sketch completion, you shall receive 80% while I will hold 20% for time lost. (This includes art that uses payment plans and will be calculated based on entire total)
