President- Must oversee all duties of the PTA, Must work cooperatively with the board and attend the board/general meetings through the year. Must attend the Dearborn PTA Council meetings. You must meed with administrator to determine the calendar of events early in the school year.

Vice President- Must assist the President and other board members in accomplishing the goals

Secretary- Job description~ take notes and track all events at meetings for reference at different times, have the printed and ready for the next meeting.

Treasurer-maintain finances and work with the President to make sure money is getting deposited and any bills are paid on time. This includes handling the dues collected for new memberships and mailing the check the National PTA

Manager of PTA bulletin boards and showcases- Change the bulletin board outside the office monthly and update the showcases as need to fit the season, and/or current contest going on in the building.

Volunteer manager- manage and find volunteers for events.

Event Coordinator- Work with event chairperson to make sure schedules, budgets and advertisement is staying on track of the major events

Member Recruitment- You are in charge of attending events and setting up the Nowlin PTA table to recruit paying members. You must be familiar with all of the successes of the PTA in order to let new members what we do.
