The retreat base price is $3,250 per person based on single occupancy or $2,150* per person based on double occupancy* which includes professional instruction, retreat materials, Welcome Reception on Saturday night, 7 nights lodging at The Hermitage, 7 breakfasts, 7 dinners, and afternoon tea. Participants are required to stay at The Hermitage, and will have first-come-first-serve choice of accommodations, which have varying prices. *PLEASE note most rooms have 1 king four poster bed. Some rooms have daybeds for additional sleeping.
Transportation while on Nevis:
Transportation to and from retreat activities is included. If you'd like to independently explore the island, car rentals can be easily arranged once you are on island. You will be required to register for a local driver's license (US$25).
Incidentals:
Incidental room or bar charges are not included in the retreat and will be invoiced by The Hermitage for payment prior to leaving the island on May 6th.
Airport Transfers:
We will arrange for a driver with a placard to meet you upon arrival at St Kitts airport. You'll be driven directly to Reggae Beach for the 5 minute water taxi ride to Nevis where another taxi will be waiting to whisk you to The Hermitage.
Airport transfers to and from St Kitts airport are included in the retreat IF you arrive prior to 6pm on 4/29 and depart before 2pm on 5/6.
Cancellation Policy:
Attendees can request full refunds up to April 15th. Attendees who cancel after April 15th will receive 50% refund. Attendees who cancel after April 22nd will receive 25% refund.
