Any currently enrolled student at Motlow State Community College may request an electronic device to check out for a TWO-WEEK PERIOD. Available devices include iPads, laptops, and WIFI hotspots (the laptops and iPads both have the Lockdown browser for test-taking).
UPDATE! You can now use Respondus Lockdown Browser with your Google Chromebook.
The library staff will hold the requested tech device for two business days. If the student does not pick it up within that time frame, it will be made available for another student. If no devices are available the library staff will notify the student.
Due to a limited number of items, there is a 24 HOUR WAIT TIME between when a device is returned and another can be checked out; for example, if a laptop or iPad is returned on Wednesday, another may be borrowed on Thursday.
