In an effort to make sure that we're running the rental program in a way that can benefit all of our members, we're asking you to choose your FIRST, SECOND, and THIRD preference for equipment packages. All responses will be collected before any equipment is distributed.

The number in parentheses next to each package name is the quantity available of that package.

The packages are outlined as follows:

Package Category A (med ball/ab mat/KB) - 24 total - Replacement Value: $200

A1 (2): 6# med ball, 4-6 kg KB, Ab-Mat
A2 (9): 10# med ball, 6-12 kg KB, Ab-Mat
A3 (4): 14# med ball, 12-16 kg KB, Ab-Mat
A4 (6): 20# med ball, 16-24 kg KB, Ab-Mat

Package Category B (barbell, bumper plates, collars) - 16 total - Replacement Value: $400
