"We Are Midwest" Market is a family-friendly outdoor market event hosted by ReStyle & Co three times a year, rain or shine, to celebrate all things Midwest! This event started 2016 with a handful of vendors and has grown into an event showcasing over 50 local vendors today!  This is a Saturday only event from 9am-3pm on the grounds of ReStyle & Co. in Baldwin, Wisconsin. We pack our parking lot and grounds with some of the most amazing local makers, creators, artisans & food trucks in the Midwest.  It's a mix of handcrafted items, vintage collections, and farmer's market. It's an eclectic mix that you won't want to miss!

How We Select Vendors
We select our vendors based on uniqueness and description. Our focus is primarily on local, handmade, handcrafted, or uniquely created goods as well as vintage, antique, and re-purposed items. We want to showcase one-of-a-kind creatives, makers, farmers, and artisans. However, new or wholesale items, and direct sales are NOT what we are looking for.  We strive to create a market with a wide variety of goods, and not overlap too many of the same categories, so YOU can be successful!

Booth Options & Fees
All vendor booths are outdoors with the option of a gravel booth (located in our upper parking lot near Pole Shed, these booths are limited) or a field booth (located in our large grassy field.) 
* Gravel booths located against or alongside the Farmhouse garage and Pole Shed are reserved for those who require electricity. We have limited space for electrical booths and an extra $10 fee will be applied for electricity.
* Indoor booths are not available. All booths are outside.
* Booth size is approximately 12 ft x 12 ft.
* Booth fee is non-refundable. Each 12 ft x 12 ft booth space is $50 for each Market date. 
* We will do our best to accommodate your booth preference and requests. Booth spaces will be assigned.

Food Trucks will be stationed in our lower gravel parking lot near Main Store. Trucks must be detached from food trailer during event.  If you need your truck attached, you will need to let us know and pay an extra fee so we can accommodate space for you and other food trucks.

* Each vendor is responsible for their own change, credit card usage, and collecting sales tax if applicable.
* We will NOT be giving out our WIFI password as we don't have a system that could handle that many users.

Please fill out the Vendor Request Form to tell us about you and your business. 
By completing this form, it does not mean you are accepted into this event. We will review your request and will notify you by email within 2 weeks of our decision.  You will be receiving emails and payment information from owner@restyleandco.com. We receive many requests for our event, which may cause a delay in response.

Once accepted, you will receive more information about the event, set-up details, and a fee payment invoice. We have a waiting list of vendors wanting to participate and we request that you promptly respond to reserve your spot. If payment is not received, you will forfeit your spot. 

We receive many more applications than we can accept. Please don’t be offended if you are not accepted. This is the hardest part for us. Some categories are more competitive than others. We strive to curate each market to have a wide variety of goods and not overlap in too many of the same categories.

We understand that there will be family emergencies, illness, or unexpected issues that may cause you to cancel. Please note, that repeated cancellations, no-shows, and no response to our emails, will affect our decision to accept you as a vendor.
