Aristoil Plus Living Lab is guiding the design process to build a Mediterranean Cluster that is dealing with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Health Claim (EU Reg. 432/2012) , promoting the cooperation of all stakeholders – irrespective of their country of origin – in a productive and effective manner.

Through this new cicle of Living Lab, the partners of the Aristoil project wish to better define the image of the “ARISTOIL MED HEALTHY OLIVE OIL CLUSTER”, thus to create a defined identity for the products that recognize themselves in being the “Healthy Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (Healthy EVOO)”.

All data collected and managed under the activities of the ARISTOIL PLUS project, namely accounts, newsletter subscribers, event registrations, surveys of any kind, is in strict compliance with the new Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation.
EGTC EFXINI POLI as Lead Partners organization of the project will act as ARISTOIL PLUS Data Protection Officer.
Terms of use of your data:
_ All data collected and managed is in strict compliance with the GDPR;
_ We carefully treat all data collected as confidential and it is only used under the framework of ARISTOIL PLUS, a project co-financed by the ERDF in the framework of the Interreg MED Programme;
_ This form serves the unique purpose of collecting your contacts to prepare a list of respondents to our survey and thus all data is kept confidential; except for the sharing of information strictly among Programme authorities (Member States, Certification Authority, Audit Authority) in order to perform their legal functions under the framework of the subsidy contract ruling the project, no data will be shared with third parties without your express consent and prior notification;
_ You are entitled to request information regarding your data on this database and can request to be deleted at any time from this list;
_ Your data on this database will be kept during the lifetime of the project. It is possible that the data will be archived for a period superior to 5 years, but without practical use, for European Union audit purposes.
