Location: Dongshan Township, Yilan County - accessible by car with parking available. Alternatively, you can take a bus or train to Luodong Transfer Station, then take a taxi for about eight minutes. We can also arrange carpooling for you, please contact us for more information via FB.

*非一般商業瑜珈旅行團,團員入住獨棟景觀泳池Villa一晚,享受田園山景,在Villa內的活動全程無外人觀看或打擾,我們也不會將您的正面露臉照片和影像放在網路上做行銷宣傳用,您可以完全安心自在且放鬆的享受只有專屬團員們的私密時光,這是我們對品質的堅持。但若您想拍照打卡或分享社群,在不影響其他團員的狀況下,我們也非常歡迎。

    Highlights of the retreat
  • A two-day-one-night light travel experience, free from packed tour schedules, allowing you to slow down and connect with yourself and the land.
  • Three sessions of different types of yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises suitable for everyone, regardless of prior experience.
  • Water element relaxing and guided meditation.
  • Mindful walks in nature.
  • Moments of self-awareness, contemplation, and relaxation, along with silent periods.
  • Locally sourced farm-to-table dinners and leisurely breakfasts (vegetarian options available)
  • Travel insurance included. Participants are free to choose activities, enjoy the villa facilities, swim, bathe, or simply have quiet time alone. Refunds are not available for missed sessions or activities.
  • Not a typical commercial yoga retreat: Participants stay in a standalone villa with panoramic pool views for one night. All activities within the villa are private, with no outsiders present or disturbances. We do not use your photos or videos for marketing online; your privacy and relaxation are our top priorities. However, if you wish to take photos or share on social media without disturbing other participants, you are welcome to do so.

時間:第一天下午三點半之後入住,第二天早上十一點前退房

DAY 1

田園活力瑜伽練習 1630 ~1700
跟著老師的引導,在自然環境中循序漸進喚醒身體內原始的能量,感受血液細胞重新鮮活起來並在全身自然的流動,與大自然一同共鳴、脈動~

深層水療癒放鬆及冥想引導 1700 ~ 1750
水療癒全程不需要會游泳,怕水的人也可以參加。以SPA的方式讓身心接受溫柔的洗滌。放鬆地跟著引導,讓身心沉靜,好好地釋放長久以來所累積的各種壓力與煩惱。

在地小農料理晚餐 1830 ~ 2000
品嚐當季在地時令蔬果新鮮製作的開胃晚餐,放慢你的心、放開你的五感,好好的享受每口咀嚼的美好滋味。

睡眠陰瑜伽 2100 ~ 2150
藉由被動且緩和的伸展方式,放下身體的緊繃與心理的防備,在一吸ㄧ吐、不知不覺間,達到大腦與身體共同深層的放鬆,準備進入內在最深的休憩~



DAY 2

晨曦瑜珈 0630 ~ 0720
在寧靜早晨中跟著老師溫柔地伸展身體並活絡筋骨,喚醒自己的身與心,開啟活力的一天。或者選擇停留、享受在大腦與身體都完全放鬆的內在最深之處~

田園漫步 0745 ~ 0830
正念體驗工作坊,讓我們專注當下,跟著老師培養自我覺察的能力,將大自然的智慧和我們內在的生命力重新連結,你會發現自己將有所不同~

DAY 1

Vitality Yoga Practice 16:30~ 17:00

Follow the teacher's guidance to gradually awaken the primal energy within your body in the natural environment. Feel the revitalization of your blood cells and the natural flow throughout your body, resonating and pulsating with nature.

Water Relaxation and Meditation Guidance 17:00 ~ 17:50 No swimming skills are required for the water therapy healing session, making it accessible even for those who fear water. Allow your body and mind to be gently cleansed in a spa-like manner. Relax and follow the guidance to achieve a calm state, releasing accumulated stress and worries.

Locally Sourced Farm-to-Table Dinner 18:30 ~ 20:00 Savor appetizing dinner made from fresh local seasonal produce, slowing down your heart and opening up your senses to fully enjoy the delightful flavors with every bite.

Yin Yoga 21:00 ~ 21:50 Through passive and gentle stretching, release the tension in your body and psychological defenses. With each inhale and exhale, unconsciously achieve deep relaxation of the mind and body, preparing for the innermost rest.


DAY 2

Sunrise Yoga 06:30 ~ 07:20 Stretch your body gently with the teacher in the tranquil morning, awaken your body and mind, and kickstart an energetic day. Alternatively, choose to stay, enjoying the deepest inner relaxation where both the mind and body are completely at ease.

Countryside Stroll 07:45 ~ 08:30 Mindfulness workshop to cultivate self-awareness by focusing on the present moment with the teacher. Reconnect the wisdom of nature with our inner life force, and you'll discover a difference within yourself.

Villa Leisurely Breakfast 08:30 ~ 09:30 Indulge in a hearty breakfast carefully crafted by the villa host, giving you ample energy for the day!

Self-awareness / Free Time After Breakfast Until Check-out Enjoy your own time, freely using the villa facilities, swimming pool, or meditating in a quiet corner amidst the fields, by the pond, or anywhere you prefer to relax and unwind.


This schedule is designed to provide a balance of activities, relaxation, and self-reflection, allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in the experience while also enjoying the comforts of the villa and its surroundings.
