1- complete and submit ONLINE REGISTRATION ( THIS form)
2- complete and submit ONLINE AFTERSCHOOL POLICIES & CONSENT form (

3- complete and send PAYMENT as scheduled.
AFTER SCHOOL DETAILS:
* FALL TERM: Monday, September 9, 2019 to Friday, January 24, 2020
* SPRING TERM: Monday, January 27 to Friday, June 19, 2020
LOCATION : 323 5th avenue (between 3rd and 4th Street)
PICK UP: 2:45 - 3:00 pm
Pick up is typically available from
*PS 321,
*PS 124 & PS 118 (usually picked up together)
*K-280 (by public bus)
Others schools or bus stops within walking distance and with enough interested families.
Pick up locations may vary depending on the number of students enrolled from each school.
We require a daily minimum of 4 STUDENTS from the school.

TYPICAL DAY IN AFTER SCHOOL: (may change depending on the season)
A typical day will be split in different sections.
1- Pick Up, Snack, Playtime / Homework Time
2- Spanish Class** / Group Activity, Workshop,
3- Outdoor play time
4- Dismissal.
**Optional Spanish Class* can be included if you register your child.
ACTIVITY HOURS: 3:00 pm to 5:45 pm
DISMISSAL: 5:45 pm - 6:00 pm
LATE PICK UP: 6:01pm OR AFTER will be considered LATE PICK UP. Make sure you arrive earlier. If you need any special arrangement please let us know so we can allocate Staff. LATE PICK UP FEES ARE PAID DIALY DIRECTLY TO THE PERSON STAYING WITH YOUR CHILD. NO EXCEPTIONS
SPANISH CLASS*
Classes will open with 4 registered children. Groups will merge if a group does not reach the minimum of 4 children
Spanish Classes are scheduled at 4:15pm and 5pm daily.
*Spanish Classes teach vocabulary, grammar, reading/writing, and conversational skills.
Classes are offered once per week for 45 minutes. You can register your child in one, two or more classes per week.
SPANISH CLASS ONLY: You may register your child for SINGLE SPANISH CLASS only. You can enroll for once to five times per week. This will allow your child to attend the program during his/her scheduled class time (4:15 - 5:00 pm or 5:00 - 5:45 pm).
You may also choose to include it as part of his/her after school day.
SPECIAL WORKSHOPS / ACTIVITIES: Those children attending after school will participate in different activities and workshops along the afternoon. All workshops will be given in cycles throughout the semesters. Workshops include: Music, Yoga, Soccer, Gardening, Outdoor time in the park, Trips (specially in Spring/ early Summer), Cooking Experience & Nutrition, Science Experience, Building, Recycling Art, Clay, Paint, Puppet Making, Group Games, among others.
