City Camp 2020 Registration
Please fill out this following form as completely as possible. We will be sending pick up reminders via e-mail and on our social media pages (Facebook: Neland Avenue Christian Reformed Church; Instagram: nelandchurch).

We will be providing one camp kit per child, so please include information for each child in your family that would like to participate in Camp To Go this year.

Kits can be picked up from Neland Church on Friday afternoons - June 26, July 10, July 24, and August 7. If you are unable to pick up your kit, please let us know and we will do our best to find another way to get it to you.
