Choose the classes that will advance you towards your goals. Special day students will be placed in up to 8 classes based on their requests using this form and in compliance with their IEPs. Unscheduled periods will be period 1 and  2 with the exception of students enrolled in a sport or 0 period.  PLEASE NOTE: By submitting this form, you understand that your requests play a significant role in determining Millikan's 2021-22 master schedule including staffing, courses offered and the number of sections of each course offered.  You are committing to these courses for the entire 2021-22 school year.  Please put careful thought into your decisions and discuss them with your parent and/or guardian.
