C2C Pathway to Success Participants are REQUIRED to...

- Be at least 16 years of age or older by June 2022 in order to be eligible for a paid internship.
- Attend all regular meetings twice a week onsite at BGCSM Main Site on Tuesday (4:30 pm - 5:30pm) &
Wednesday (4:30 pm - 5:30 pm).
- Complete all assigned C2C-related assignments, surveys and evaluations in a timely manner.
- Meet all team project expectations during the C2C Program and collaborative project (Nov. 2021 - June 2022)
to be eligible for paid internship placement in June 2022.

C2C Pathway to Success Participants are EXPECTED to…

- Be respectful at all times of BGCSM staff, mentors, peers, program partners, guest speakers, and employers as
well as equipment/materials and the C2C Pathways Program Facilitator.
- Actively participate in all weekly discussions and activities (group and individual).
- Learn how to use different forms of technology including Zoom, Google Drive, etc. as well as phone apps like
Slack and create professional Gmail accounts in order to regularly receive important C2C informational updates
and stay in communication with the entire pathways program group.
- Participate in the C2C Spring 2022 collaborative project on one team from Apr. - May 2021 prior to being
matched with a summer internship opportunity.
