Use this form to apply for a space at this year's Village Festival, Saturday August 17th, 2024, 10am-3pm.
For a fee of $50, you will receive a 10x10 space in a high foot traffic area either on the library lawn or back parking lot. Payment due by June 15th. This fee is non-refundable after June 30th.

To receive this limited time rate, payment must be secured by May 15th. Non-refundable past May 30th.
We are unable to provide tables or tents. Please be aware that the library lawn is in full sun and it gets very hot, we strongly urge you to bring a tent for shade.
All vendors are expected to complete set up by 9:30am and stay until the conclusion of the Festival at 3pm, please plan your breaks accordingly.
After set-up is complete, parking is off-site with a shuttle back to the library.
Restrooms are available in the library.
