North Sydney's Independent is a community group which was set up in early 2021 specifically to find and support an independent federal representative for the 2022 federal election.
Post the 2022 election, North Sydney's Independent is now shifting its focus to the NSW State election which is being held on March 25, 2023 - and to the three electorates in our North Sydney area - Lane Cove, North Shore and Willoughby.
NSI is now actively searching for community independent candidates in the seat of Lane Cove and North Shore.
Our aim is to ensure the views and interests of our community are represented at all levels of Government – Local, State, and Federal - and to actively engage the community in our democracy.
