⬇️   HOW WILL THE DATA COLLECTED BE USED?   ⬇️
Members signing up to NOMC UK shall receive regular updates, and shall be able to contribute to Collective newsletters. We will also share appropriate volunteering and career opportunities sent to us by organisations we are partnered with and resources and materials to help support student activists and student leaders.

⬇️   WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE FORM?   ⬇️
All data collected from this form shall be stored securely, with only set members of NOMC UK Committee shall have access and data safety procedures shall be actively reviewed by NOMC UK's Committee to help protect members. We won’t share any personal data with third parties.


⬇️  CANCELLING MEMBERSHIP  ⬇️
You can cancel your membership any time, whilst it would be incredibly sad to see you leave we completely understand that situations change and will always want to double check if you have any constructive feedback for how we can improve. You can cancel your membership by email and all of your data will by deleted.


⬇️  ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP  ⬇️
Members will have to re-new each year with previous membership information being deleted for those who don't renew their membership.

❇️ MEMBERSHIP ENTITLEMENTS ❇️

Membership in NOMC UK enables and grants access to:

• NOMC UK virtual community spaces 
• Running for NOMC UK Committee
• Voting in all NOMC UK elections and online ballots
• NOMC UK's resource library and best-practices skill sharing
• Newsletter including regular updates and the opportunity to submit contributions to our newsletter
• Priority booking for conventions, online training opportunities and drop-in sessions
• Support and guidance for campus-based, inter-campus and national projects and campaigns members are developing with the opportunity to promote and share on NOMC UK social media channels
• Advocacy drop-in sessions to help provide support on issues members are working to address on their campuses
• Self-care and support sessions facilitated by NOMC UK

❇️  MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY  ❇️

Membership is open to:

• Students currently enrolled at a Higher Education or Further Education institution
• Students currently undertaking an Apprenticeship
• Students who have temporarily suspended their studies
• Full-Time Sabbatical Officers

Membership is also open up to a maximum of two years to:

• Former Sabbatical Officers
• Graduates
• Students who have left their studies
