2023 - 2024 OFLTA Membership Form

If you plan to attend the 2023 Fall Conference please do NOT fill out this form. Please fill out the Fall Conference Registration Form HERE. Registration for the Fall Conference INCLUDES membership.

**If you pay for membership and change your mind about attending the Fall Conference, please email Whitney at whitneystaffordnajib@mooreschools.com and I will invoice you for the difference.**

If you are a full-time World Languages student at an Oklahoma university, or you are an Entry-Year World Languages Teacher, you MUST fill out this membership form. If you plan on attending any of our conferences this year you must also fill out any registration forms so that we know you are attending.

Why Join OFLTA?
Membership in OFLTA gives you reduced rates for the Winter Workshop and the Spring Conference, voting rights at our conference business meetings, eligibility to serve on the OFLTA Board, as well as eligibility to nominate and receive OFLTA awards and scholarships. 

Lifetime members do not need to fill out this form, but instead proceed to the Payment Center on our website to pay the Fall Conference registration fee ($55).

Presenters at the 2023 Fall Conference will receive a $10 off their Fall Conference + Membership registration.

*** If you would like to sponsor a university student's conference/workshop registration, please consider making a $25 to the Nancy Boles scholarship.  You can make the tax-deductible donation at the bottom of our Payment Center. This gives access to our university students to attend our conferences/workshops free of charge. **
