The 10th annual Macon Beer Fest is a Pints for Prostate event. Its goal is to promote awareness and education of prostate cancer to the community through the universal language of beer. This fun beer festival showcases downtown Macon, while promoting a good cause. The festival is put on by the Rotary Club of Downtown Macon.

Macon Beer Fest - 2021 Food Vendor Application
The Application/Vendor Fee is $50 and is non-refundable.  There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations and vendors who cancel/no-show will not be considered for future events.

The fee is payable to the Rotary Club of Downtown Macon. Submit checks to PO Box 4652, Macon, GA 31208. Checks must be received by October 8th.  You may also pay through PayPal to maconbeerfest@gmail.com. We reserve the right to pick our food vendors.

Rules and Regulations
 All food vendors must provide Macon Beer Fest with copies of all applicable food permits before the festival.

Food Vendors may begin set-up at 11:00 am and need to be finished no later than 2:00 pm.  Breakdown can begin at 7:00 pm and will need to be completed by 8:00pm.  Each vendor is responsible for cleanup of their own booth space.

Food Vendors will be assigned spots on a first come first serve basis. Please let us know of electrical needs.

Food vendors must abide by Georgia sales tax rules, if applicable.
