Mission: To culminate women who are scholars, leaders, service-oriented, and sisterly.

Vision: To aid youth in scholastic achievement, foster emerging young leaders, promote service to the community, and to cultivate sisterhood.

Purpose: To inspire, educate, and empower female youth in the community to be successful.

Criteria:
*Female students in the Columbus City and Surrounding Districts grades 8 through 12

Application Process:
*Youth must complete this application and release forms.
* Youth Group advisors and committee will conduct information session for prospective youth group students and their parent, custodian or legal guardian. Students will be notified of date and time.
* Youth Group Committee will review all applications and select participants and will notify the parent, custodian or legal guardian of the youth group student.

Time Commitment:
* 3rd Saturday of each month, 10am–12pm, subject to change depending on Holiday
*Students will participate in workshops, activities, and community service projects.
