This is a formative assessment of the class at the mid-way point. You will notice we did NOT ask for names, meaning all answers will be anonymous. This is a chance for us to make mid-course instructional changes to help you get the most out of the class. Your candid feedback is important to us, will help us become a better teachers and will help us meet your needs for the class.
