Formative assessment elementary methods II
This is a formative assessment of the class at the mid-way point.  You will notice we did NOT ask for names, meaning all answers will be anonymous.  This is a chance for us to make mid-course instructional changes to help you get the most out of the class.  Your candid feedback is important to us, will help us become a better teachers and will help us meet your needs for the class.  We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and value hearing your voice.  Your time and energy to this is valuable to us and we thank you in advance.  Your voice means a lot to us and we want to give you an opportunity to share how class is going.
