Thank you for applying to become a mentor. Mentoring is a valuable process in which an experienced individual helps another person develop his or her goals and skills through a series of confidential, one-on-one conversations and other learning activities. As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to share your wisdom and experiences, evolve your own thinking, develop a new relationship, and deepen your skills as a mentor.

Please note that submission of this application, does not guarantee that you will be accepted as a mentor. Final selection is based on the completion of this application, and a match of interests with a current school leader to act as a mentee. You will be required to attend a mentor training session at the BCPVPA office to participate in this program. Mentors will also be required to be members of the BC Retired Principals' and Vice-Principals' Association.
