This form is intended to help support congregants at South Church who wish to offer a program to the community. It is meant to help program creators to think through what they are imagining, as well as to discern any support they may need in order to bring their vision to life!

After you submit your proposal you will receive a copy of your submission. The Learning Associates will review this at their next monthly meeting. Please know it may take a few weeks until you hear from us!
