2024 Cheer Tryout Registration

Fill out all information. 
Each person trying out needs to bring the following with them to tryouts: a copy of their high school transcript or some other document confirming their current GPA, current sports physical, signed SUSCC camp waiver, copy of insurance card, $25 registration fee in cash.
