The Jeremy Nelson Foundation was started in June of 2013. Jeremy passed away on January 5th, 2013 while playing basketball in an all-start game for Buford Middle School. Jeremy was an extremely hard worker and had dreams of becoming a professional basketball player. His smile lit up every room that he walked into and he always wanted to help others. We started this foundation not only to keep his memory alive, but to continue to give back in his honor.
