Occasionally we may take photographs of the children at our school.  We may use these images in our school's prospectus, newsletters or other printed publications as well on our website, Facebook page or on project display boards in school.  We may also make video or webcam recordings for in-school monitoring, performances or other educational use.

We also arrange for an external photographer to visit the school to take individual photos for data purposes.  These individual photos and whole class/leaver's photos are also available for parents to purchase. Parents will be notified when these photos will take place.    

To comply with data protection legislation, we need your permission before we can photograph or make any recordings of your child.  This form is valid for 4 YEARS from the date of completion or until your child leaves the school.  The consent will automatically expire after this time.  

The information you provide will be securely stored and processed within the European Economic Area (EEA) and not be used for any other purpose than confirming your permission to use the material
