Culture Fest 2024 Vendor Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in vending at Culture Fest!

Please fill out the following form to indicate your interest as a vendor for our upcoming event.

Event Details:

  • Event Name: Culture Fest
  • Event Dates: July 13, 2024 Hip-Hop/R&B | August 17, 2024 Caribbean | September 14, 2024 Latin/ African
  • Mission: Culture Fest aims to showcase local musicians, emphasize the significance around the life and legacy of Jerry Burrell , and celebrate the music and culture of the African Diaspora.
  • Vendor fee:
  • $ 40 for one event 
  • $ 60 for 2 events  
  • $100 for all 3 events
  • For non-profits who are sharing information only, there is a reduced fee of $25 for one event, $40 for two events, and $60 for three events
** Be Advised: You must bring your own vending tables, chairs and tents.**

To ensure a smooth and successful experience, please note the following important information:


1. NYS Certificate of Authority: As a vendor at Culture Fest, you are required to have a valid New York State Certificate of Authority for sales tax purposes. If you haven't already obtained this certificate, you can see how to apply for it here: https://www.tax.ny.gov/pubs_and_bulls/tg_bulletins/st/how_to_register_for_nys_sales_tax.htm 


2. Temporary Food Vendor Permit: If you're planning to sell food at the event, you'll need to obtain a Temporary Food Vendor Permit. Please apply for this permit; you may view info on how to do so here: https://schenectadycountyny.gov/envi-health/food-services 


At the conclusion of the form you will be shown a link to pay for your vending space. Please follow it to pay online prior to the events. Thank you!
