Theatre Explorers is focused on helping students be better actors. Through improvisation, vocal and diction work, theatre games, and specialized training including mime, dance, and puppetry, students learn to use our voices, our bodies, and our minds to create new worlds through theatre.

Exploradores Teatricales esta enfocada en ayudando los estudiantes a ser actores mejor. Usando improvisacion, trabajo de voz y dicción, juegos de teatro, y entrenamiento especializada incluyendo el mimo, baile, y títeres, estudiantes aprenderán como usar nuestros voces, nuestros cuerpos, y nuestros mentes para crear mundos nuevos usando teatro.

During the 9-week session Fall Fables, students will read, analyze, rehearse and perform short plays based on the structure of Aesop's Fables.

Durante los 9 semanas de Fábulas de Otoño, estudiantes van a leer, analizar, practicar, y presentar obras cortas basados en la estructura de las fábulas de Aesop.

Classes are held Saturday Mornings from 9:00 -10:05 a.m. at FTC (2508 West Michigan Street 46202) beginning October 15 , and continuing for 9 weeks, culimnating in a performance at 11:30am on December 17.

Registration Fee: $20.00

If your student wishes to enroll in both Theatre Explorers and Theatre Makers (the playwriting and production class offered after Theatre Explorers, from 10:30-12:30), the combined enrollment fee is still $20. Additional donations accepted.
