2024 Summer Camp Registration
We are delighted that you wish to register your child for Summer Camp! Our camp blends hands-on exploration, music and movement, art projects, outdoor play, and water thrills. Registration is flexible, and children may attend 5 days per week for the full summer session or for selected weeks, or the same 3 or 4 days per week for the full summer session or for selected weeks.

Camp runs June 3-August 16, 2024. Summer camp registration is on a first come, first served basis. To register your child, please submit this completed registration form with at least 50% of tuition payment; the balance of summer camp tuition is due by May 10, 2024. 

Tuition is payable by check made out to "Society Hill Synagogue" (418 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106) or by credit card, debit card, ACH, or PayPal at https://securepayment.link/societyhillsynagogue.

* If you are registering more than one child for Playschool Summer Camp, please submit a separate form for each child.

I/We understand and agree to the following terms regarding this Summer Camp registration:
1. This completed registration form and payment of at least 50% of tuition are required in order to secure an available spot for my child at Society Hill Synagogue Playschool Summer Camp. If only some of the dates I have requested for my child are available, tuition will be adjusted accordingly.
2. If I withdraw my child from Society Hill Synagogue Playschool Summer Camp, 50% of my paid tuition will be refunded if written notification of withdrawal is received by Society Hill Synagogue Playschool by April 5, 2024; 25% of my paid tuition will be refunded if written notification of withdrawal is received by Society Hill Synagogue Playschool by May 10, 2024. No tuition will be refunded for withdrawals after May 10, 2024.
3. Society Hill Synagogue Playschool reserves the right to terminate this contract if my child’s behavior is deemed unacceptable or if tuition payments are overdue.
4. If my child’s tuition has been adjusted to include a current Society Hill Synagogue membership discount, I agree to maintain that synagogue membership for the full term of my child’s enrollment and to pay all dues and fees associated with that membership.
