2024 Summer Mini Camp Registration and Liability Waiver.  The Mini Camp fee is $150 before August 4, 2024 (late registration increases to $175 if spots are remaining).  Registration is only confirmed when payment is received.  Sibling registration is available for $100 per sibling add on the credit card webstore payment at the time of completing payment for the first sibling (please complete a separate registration waiver form for each sibling)

Liability Waiver: I hereby authorize Edison Charger Song and Cheer coaching staff, squad members and parent volunteers/boosters working for the Youth Cheer and Song Mini Camp to act for me, in their best judgment, in any emergency requiring medical attention to my child. I hereby waive and release Edison High School,Huntington Beach Union High School District and its officers, agents, students, employees and volunteers, from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or illnesses incurred while at camp. I hereby acknowledge that my child is physically able to fully participate in camp activities without limitation. *
Photo Release Waiver: I give my consent for my child to be photographed during the youth cheer camp activities. I understand that these photographs could be used to promote the Edison Cheer and Song program via www.edisoncheer.com, www.edisonchargergirls.com, www.edisonchargers.com, and/or our team social media instagram accounts (@edisonchargergirls &@edison.cheer), and local news agencies. *
Cancellation Policy and Late Registration Policy:  Should your camper not be able to attend for any reason, all cancellations are subject to a $20 processing fee. Refunds will not be accepted after August 11th, 2024.  Checks will take 1-2 weeks to process and be issued.  They will be made available at the front desk in the office in late August. After August 4th, 2024, the price of Mini Camp increases to $175 if spots are remaining. *
