2023 Lexington St. Patrick's Parade and Festival Food Vendor Application
Food vendors, it is almost time for the St. Patrick's Parade and Irish Festival!
If you would like to join us this year, please fill out the following application prior to
February 17, 2023.

Please note: This show has a limited number of food vendor spots available. Duplication is kept to a minimum. Following the selection process, applicants will be notified if accepted, a paper agreement will then have to be completed by the vendor contact. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.

Date of Event: Saturday, March 11, 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Location: Downtown Lexington,  Henry A. Tandy Centennial Park, 5/3 Pavilion, Short Street
251 W Main St, Lexington, KY 40507

Set-up Time Begins: Friday, March 10 at AFTER 3 p.m.
Set-up must be completed by: Saturday, March 11. 10 a.m.
Break Down: 8 p.m., no sooner than 7 p.m.

Upon notification of acceptance, vendors will need to submit a signed vendor agreement, payment and a copy of their COI and Liquor Liability Declaration (if applicable) will need to be submitted with your payment.
Concession and Beverage Vendor Booth Fee: $318 made payable to Lexington Parks & Recreation. Please note, as of Jan., 1, 2023 our vendor fees include tax.
