Tajweed Essentials
This is a course to cover the essential tajweed rules of the Qur’an for qirā’at Hafs an Āsim min Tareeq Al-Shātibiyyah. Students must cover the theoretical rules during lectures and pass a written exam to fulfill the theoretical conditions of tajweed. Applying the practical rules with qualified teachers then fulfills the applied component of tajweed to ensure the recitation matches that of the Prophet ﷺ.
